These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and Sastoto (the "Company", "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at sastoto.cam (the "Platform") and all associated gaming services, payment functionalities, promotional programmes, and customer support channels.

By accessing, registering on, depositing funds into, or placing any wager through the Sastoto platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

Sastoto reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below:

Registration and participation on the Sastoto Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility criteria. The Company reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming any of the following requirements at any stage:

• You must be a minimum of21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to hold accounts.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Territory at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, affiliate, or family member of Sastoto or any of its technology providers or payment partners.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion database maintained by Sastoto or any related party.
• You must act solely on your own behalf — opening accounts on behalf of third parties is strictly forbidden.
• You must not be subject to any legal order, court injunction, or regulatory action that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.

To access real-money gaming features on the Sastoto Platform, Users must complete the registration process and, where applicable, the KYC verification procedure. The following obligations apply:

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account at any time. The discovery of duplicate accounts will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Sastoto is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a User's failure to secure their credentials.
• KYC documentation — which may include a government-issued identity document (MyKad, passport), proof of address, and payment method verification — must be submitted upon request and before withdrawal processing.
• Sastoto reserves the right to place an account on restricted status pending KYC completion. Withdrawals will not be processed from unverified accounts.

Users must promptly notify Sastoto's support team at [email protected] if they suspect unauthorised access to their Account or if their registered contact details change.

All financial transactions on the Sastoto Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise expressly stated. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) are accepted and converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at time of processing.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include:
Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and other major Malaysian financial institutions as listed on the Platform at any given time. Channel availability may vary without notice.

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits are stated at the point of transaction and may be subject to KYC tier.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in theUser's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be reversed.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Target processing times: e-walets under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX 5–15 minutes; bank wire 15–60 minutes. These are targets, not guarantees, and are subject to payment partner availability and KYC status.
• Withdrawal funds must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, for anti-money laundering compliance.
• Sastoto does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are the responsibility of the User.
• The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual withdrawal requests and may request source-of-funds documentation before processing.

Sastoto offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless specific promotional terms expressly supersede them:

• All bonus offers are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible game restrictions, and expiry periods as detailed in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity window. Any unconverted bonus funds remaining after expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, device fingerprint, and payment method is permitted. Multiple claims constitute abuse and will result in forfeiture.
• Sastoto reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or restrict any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any abuse of promotional terms will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
• Promotional offers are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value outside the Platform.

All wagers placed on the Sastoto Platform are subject to the general and sport-specific/game-specific rules published within each product category. The following provisions apply across all betting markets and gaming categories:

• A bet is confirmed only when a unique transaction reference is generated and displayed to the User. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical issues are void and stakes are returned.
• Obvious pricing errors ("palpable errors") on odds or payouts will be voided, regardless of whether the bet appears settled in the User's favour.
• Sports betting markets for events including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and others are governed by the specific rules outlined in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.
• Live / in-play bets are accepted at the discretion of the Platform. Bets accepted after an event conclusion due to data feed delays will be voided.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per event, and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.

Sastoto's decision on the settlement of any wager, including any disputes regarding outcomes, is final. Users may raise formal disputes through the designated support channel within 48 hours of the settled result.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Sastoto Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referal to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human assistance to place bets, access the Platform, or exploit gaming outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. All winings derived from exploiting technical errors are void and must be returned.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Opening accounts on behalf of third parties, accepting deposits from third parties, or allowing others to use your account.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, bonus hunting, or any wagering pattern designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine gameplay intent.

Sastoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform provides a suite of tools designed to help Users maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their Account at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Optional notifications at 30, 60, or 90-minute intervals to alert players of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request exclusion for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Requests take effect immediately.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts displaying session duration and net session results.

By accepting these Terms, all Users acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, that outcomes are not predictable, and that gambling is not a reliable or sustainable source of income. All content published on the Sastoto Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trade names, trademarks, service marks, layout, design, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of Sastoto or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No User may reproduce, redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from Sastoto.

Any unauthorised use of Sastoto intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sastoto, its directors, officers, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, gaming winings, data, business or goodwill arising from Platform interruptions, technical failures, or Force Majeure events.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including Touch 'n Go, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, or any Malaysian banking institution.
• Actions taken by a User in reliance on any content published on the Platform that User has not independently verified.

Notwithstanding the above, Sastoto's aggregate liability to any individual User in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Sastoto reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• The User's identity, age, or payment credentials cannot be verified to the Company's satisfaction.
• Regulatory, legal, or licensing obligations require it.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Users.

Upon termination for cause, Sastoto may withold or confiscate any Account balance pending investigation. Legitimate funds confirmed as clean will be returned to the User's verified payment method following the completion of any investigation. Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting support directly.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Sastoto holds its gaming licence (Curacao). Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall limit Sastoto's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any appropriate jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests or intellectual property.

Sastoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Sastoto Platform following the publication or notification of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree with any modification to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.
